Guangzhou Infinity Capital Management, Ltd.(GICM) and Guangzhou Sino-Israeli Smart Technologies Investment Limited (GZ Smartech) are professional investment firms established in response to the directive by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) for promoting and deepening cooperation between Israel and key areas in China such as the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development District (GETTD), including the Huangpu Smart Technologies Park) in high-tech industries. The companies will be devoting their resources to matching innovative Israeli technologies with local needs through building high-tech clusters such as smart technologies and robotics and a joint R&D center.
